I was 50 when I bought it, now I'm 51.

I didn't like the IPOD when it came out.  Didn't like the other copykats either.  When I heard about Zune I checked it out and I liked its capabilities so I ordered one.

I did have trouble getting the darn thing set up and I had to call Support a few times.  They even had problems that first day.  But after fooling around and trying different things (and loosing all the pre-loaded artwork and video sigh)), I finally got it running.  Then I transferred my entire CD collection over from my PC into Zune (over 5K songs).  Now I listen to them all the time.

I can see why the younger generation likes their IPODs - I too delight in listening to music all the time; music from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and current.

I also lost all the preloads.  I'm hoping someone finds a way to recover them.

39 and happy to be older than the alternative..  Tongue
I love the black Zune, and even though my wife has the new IPod nano because she stated she had no need for video, I keep catching her in the house with my Zune watching my movies. :S
