Zunescene forums are history.  Wonder when that happened.  To the best of my knowledge, it was at one time the most heavily trafficked Zune forum (although this one has always been the friendliest).

Everything Zune is either changing or disappearing. Sad times.

Sad times, indeed.  I even wonder if I'll still be able to use my 2 Zune 30GB players on my speaker dock once the batteries go completely dead.  *sigh*

RadpidRepair.com still shows on their website that they repair Zunes. I assume that means new batteries, too. When my Zune breaks I will turn to them first for help.

Well, I hope rapid repair's batteries are newer and in better condition than the ones I purchased off of ebay about a year ago.  I purchased 2, 1 for each of my 30GB Zunes.  Replaced the battery in one, and left the old battery in the other.  The new battery doesn't last any longer than the one in my other Zune, which are both going on what, 5 or 6 years old?

My old  30 is still working, but I don't use it that much ...However my 120 is still holding a good charge (he says with his fingers crossed) Shocked
You know it really is a shame that the Zune and its eco-system is now just a foot note in ms history. Yeah I know Xbox music was born out of the Zune system, but it just isn't the same...

I was one of the global moderators there. The owner simply lost interest in the site.

But I have to say that I'm enjoying my Zune Tablet...err... Surface RT.  Grin
